24x7 surveillance around Hotel de Ville and setup of SOS booths

The area around Hotel de Ville in Esch sur alzette specially on the side of 1 rue des artisans is occupied day and night by miscreants and drug peddlers. What's particularly interesting is there are not much security measures should something go wrong. I propose the following:

1. Installation of 24x7 CCTV surveillance cameras specially on the side of 1 rue des artisans where the miscreants and drug peddlers spend their time.
2. Installation of SOS intercom booths for emergencies - same way like in tram stations or parking lots, so a person who has been robbed or harassed can call the emergency services without finding help or a phone.
3. Adequate banners to display that the area is under monitoring so the troublemakers stay away by default.

The main square is prime spot for recreation by families and children and troublemakers are constantly keeping an eye on the neighborhood for opportunities to leash out. the above measures will ensure that it is prevented and also timely action is taken with evidence should something occur.
